A small and simple drink made with a double shot of espresso and nearly an equal amount of perfectly textured milk.   5 oz

Simple and delicious.  Our lattes come with a double shot of Tite Knot Espresso topped with perfectly textured steamed milk.  

Hot drink sizes are 10oz., 12 oz., and 16 oz. 

Flavor is added reasonably, the goal isn't to overpower the drink, but to complement. 

House-made flavors are Cinnamon, Bourbon Vanilla, Vanilla Bean and Almond. 

Organic Holy Kakow flavors are Cardamom, Ginger, Pistachio, Vanilla, Caramel, Hazelnut, Coconut, Merry Mint, and Orange, 

Hot drink sizes are 10oz., 12 oz., and 16 oz. 

Three mochas to choose: Dark Chocolate, Mexican, or White Chocolate.  Want it spicy?  We can add cayenne.  Want a complex mocha?  Add some ginger or cardamom.  

• Our dark mocha is made with Dark European Extra Brute 100% Cacao that we blend in house with organic sugar.  
• We pulverize Ibarra chocolate and Mexican cinnamon to make our Mexican Mocha.

Tite Knot Blend is a medium-dark roast blend of Central American and Brazilian beans.

Loose leaf tea, steeped for just the right amount of time at the right temperature.  Choose from Earl Grey (black), Metolius Mint (herbal), Sweet Bee Green (with lavender and vanilla), Little Bear (blended with pear, lavender, lemongrass, ginger, and vanilla and green and red rooibos.)

Take the great teas listed above and add just a bit more flavor to them with steamed whole milk. 

• London Fog - Earl Grey Tea with lavender and vanilla added and topped with steamed whole milk.
• Little Bear - with added cardamom and vanilla and steamed milk.
• Sweet Bee Latte - with honey and lavender, topped with steamed whole milk.
• Mint Cream - Herbal Mint Tea with vanilla and steamed whole milk.

We offer a variety of items, from our Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip muffins, Pumpkin - Cream Cheese, Dark Chocolate Espresso cake, and seasonal bakes.    

These cakes are bite-sized browned butter almond cakes.  Topped with crushed almonds and other good stuff (raspberries, peaches, marionberry, etc.) they are perfect small bites to go with a cup of coffee. These cakes were made famous in bakery houses in the Parisian financial district and hence their name.  They are also gluten free! 

Made fresh each day.  Tall and flaky buttery biscuits topped with loads of sausage gravy.
