Seasonal drinks. Fresh-baked treats. A place to hang. Welcome to fall in Redmond.
When the mornings get crisp and the leaves start to turn, there’s something about a good cup of coffee and a warm pastry that just hits different.
At Tite Knot, we’re not here to overdo the pumpkin hype—but we are leaning into all the cozy, craveable things that make fall a favorite. Whether you’re swinging by the shop or posted up on the patio, here’s what to grab this season:
Pumpkin Maple Latte

As the season shifts, so does our menu. Right now? The pumpkin maple latte is back, and it’s exactly what fall tastes like. Pair it with something warm and fresh from the oven—we’re currently into the peach butterscotch scone—and find a seat on the grassy patio under the trees. If it’s chilly out, our cottage café around the corner has indoor seating, cozy nooks, and (yes) a fireplace.
Come through, bring a book, and stay awhile. We’ll make the latte.
Brown Sugar Latte

Smooth, cozy, and a little sweet without overdoing it. The brown sugar latte is a year-round favorite that just so happens to taste even better when the temps drop. Hot or iced, it’s like fall in a cup—without the pumpkin.
Oat Milk Vanilla Latte

Classic, clean, and always a solid go-to. Made with creamy oat milk and real vanilla, this one’s a favorite for those who like their coffee a little lighter but still full of flavor. Bonus: it pairs perfectly with pretty much everything in the pastry case.
Scones That Are Actually Worth waking up for
Let’s be honest—not all scones are good scones. But ours? Baked fresh every morning and usually gone before noon. They’re definitely a crowd favorite, so if you’ve got your eye on one—get here early.
Maple Pecan – sweet, nutty, and glazed just right
Cinnamon – soft in the middle with just the right amount of spice
Two Redmond Spots. One Solid Vibe.
Whether you’re grabbing a quick drink from the coffee truck or settling in at our Hemlock Ave location, we’ve got space for your weekday grind or your slow weekend start. Our Dry Canyon Club patio is still wide open—and still perfect.
Need a Rec? Ask a Barista.
We keep things rotating, so if you’re not sure what to order, just ask. Our team knows what’s good, what’s new, and what you didn’t know you needed.
